Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
By using Zabook, you agree to these terms. The product is in active pre-launch development — features that aren't ready yet are labeled as such directly in the interface, with no attempt to oversell what's actually there.
What Zabook is
An online booking service and lightweight CRM for service businesses (salons, car washes, vet clinics, repair shops, and similar). The client base belongs to the company, not Zabook — CSV export is always available, with no restrictions.
Pricing and payment
Plans: Starter (one staff member or resource), Pro, Business. The first month of any plan is free, no card required. Exact pricing is being finalized ahead of launch and will be announced separately.
There's no commission on a company's client bookings — Zabook's monetization model is a subscription, not a cut of revenue.
Admin company responsibilities
A company using Zabook is responsible for the accuracy of its own services, prices, and booking rules, and for properly informing its own clients as required by applicable law (e.g. regarding personal data collection).
Service availability
We aim for stable operation, but at this pre-launch stage we don't offer a formal uptime SLA. Double-booking of the same slot is technically prevented by a database-level constraint — that's the one guarantee we're confident making.
Limitation of liability
Zabook is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages related to use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
A company can stop using Zabook at any time and export its data beforehand. We may suspend access for a clear violation of these terms, with prior notice to the company.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in the client company's own jurisdiction.
